60 Day "FIT-IT" Guarantee
Your web pages must work as expected, period. In the unusual event that one of the pages in your site does not work as expected, even after our extensive testing, we will fix it at no charge within 60 days of when the work was completed.
Payment
Payment Methods
For the best security, online payment is accepted through PayPal, where you can use most credit cards. We DO NOT record your credit card information anywhere.
Of course, cash is also accepted. Please do not send cash in the mail.
Terms
Payment is due at the time of invoicing. New websites will be published to your host after payment has been received.
Trademark and Copyright Liability
You, the client, assume all responsibility and liability for the content of your website. Please ensure that all materials you provide do not infringe on trademarks, copyrights or related legal requirements.
Within this site, any omission to acknowledge a trademark or copyright is unintentional and will be corrected upon notification. All images in this site are used with permission of their respective copyright owners.
Estimates
All significant website work (more than 2 hours) will be estimated prior to commencement. The work will begin only after you have approved the estimate. AND you will not be charged more than the estimate, period. Exceptions to this will be negotiated as needed, for example, if your requirements change.
Billing Time
There is NO MINIMUM BILLING. If the work done only took 10 minutes, that is all you will be charged for. To save both of us on adminsitrative expenses, invoicing for smaller requests may be charged "on account", to be invoiced after an accumulation of work has been complete. This will be discussed in early in the development cycle.
Hosting
For clients using our Bare Bones Web Hosting service, your unlimited bandwidth (uploads, downloads, site visits) is subject to fair-use terms as determined by our own Hosting provider. In short, it is not likely that this will be an issue. The fair-use terms are there to protect from extreme use. One example of this could be that your company was featured on the national news and suddenly you get two million hits on your website. In this event, our hosting provider may need to temporarily suspend access to your site.
If you were to experience this, please call right away, so we can work with you and our host to quickly resume access to your website.
